WESTMINISTER- St. Louis-based commercial real estate development company LuxLiving, teaming with general contractor Big Sur Construction, is bringing property to Westminister. Westminister SP LLC, a related entity of LuxLiving, recently purchased a site near Westminister Station Drive and Hooker st, where the developer plans to build the Huntleigh, a 150-unit transit oriented apartment complex. The developer acquired the land from the city of Westminister for an undisclosed amount. Upon Completion, the $40million development will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, the property will have 5,000-7,500 square feet of ground-level retail space and various amenities, including a fitness center, sauna, pet spa, and common area lounges. The Huntleigh will be part of a mixed-use redevelopment of the neighborhood surrounding the Westminister Station light-rail stop.
