Great amenities. Gym is state of the art. The building hosts pools parties with a live DJ. Very lively and fun atmosphere. The property manager, Matt, was great to work with throughout the lease process and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

The amenities at the Chelsea are amazing. The golf simulator, gym, pool, and barcade make it an amazing location to meet people and socialize. The tenant events organized by Matt are always a great time. I highly recommend living in this building!

My wife and I absolutely love the Chelsea. We have been here for about a week now but our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are the best I have ever seen in an apartment complex. Between the gym, golf lounge, arcade room/bar and pool area we will definitely be spending a lot of time here.

Today we moved into Chelsea and the experience so far could not have been better! The property is BEAUTIFUL and all the staff has already been amazing. The property manager Julie is a literal angel who even helped us move boxes from our car to our apartment. If you're looking for a beautiful modern apartment with some incredible amenities and even better people THIS IS IT!!!

I moved into my 2 bedroom unit at the Chelsea this week. The apartment has stunning high ceilings and great furnishings. They nailed everything from the appliances to the mixed metal hardware. Very chic and up to date. The amenities are unlike any other property in St. Louis. We can’t wait to utilize the sauna, golf simulator, gym, and arcade room. The conference room and extra work space is a major plus. Not to mention the live tree in the lobby. We feel like we’re living in a hotel. Matt, the property manager, has been prompt and ready to resolve any question we’ve had. He is an absolute delight to work with. Having a welcoming and professional property manager really can make a property what it is. Matt is certainly that.
