Administrative Assistant & Receptionist

Job Description:

Lux Living is looking for an administrative assistant who will perform an array of administrative duties supporting the accounting department. As an assistant, you will manage complex schedules through prioritization while keeping workload organized, as well as take on ad-hoc projects as assigned.

  • Provide general administrative duties, including but not limited to, answering calls, office supplies, inventory, distributing mail, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist with HR duties such as, but not limited to, onboarding paperwork and payroll.
  • Work with property managers to assist their requests on their orders and tenant refunds.
  • Process payments for the following payments: Weekly operating bills, Bi-weekly payroll checks.
  • Generate Invoices and Waivers for contractors.
  • Scanning & uploading bills & Lien waivers and receipts.

  • Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision
  • Thoughtful, adaptive, and positive mindset
  • Highly resourceful, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to use excel, G-sheet
